at Longmont United Hospital is a Level III trauma center, where we
care for all patients and we embody the mission of Centura Health
to extend the healing ministry of Christ. This team is the right
place for someone who loves emergency medicine. As the ER-RNCC at
LUH you will actively support department director/manager by
coordinating clinical and department activities for the unit
including shift charge, department and/or service line. Ensure that
care is delivered to each patient in accordance with quality
standards. Act as liaison between physicians and patient care team.
Maintain communication and promote cooperation with unit staff and
other departments. Supervise the staff; authorize work procedures
and assign duties. Provides input and recommendations to the
director/manager on coaching, mentoring and performance management
of associates. Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of
the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance
with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse
Practice Act. Personally, accountable for relationship-based care,
organizational mission, and core values. What You Bring/Job
Requirements In addition to bringing your whole self to the
workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Required Experience: One year experience preferred Nursing skills
and knowledge base specific to specialty. Required Education:
Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required Bachelors
Degree in Nursing preferred Graduate of an accredited School of
Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RN's
Required Licensure/Certifications: RN License required; Current
state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in
the National Licensure Compact, Colorado Only: RNs working in
Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN
license within 30 days of establishing residency, i.e., drivers
license, register to vote, etc. Compact to Compact. Upon issuance
of a new multistate license, the former license is inactivated. For

Licensure BLS from the American Heart Association required ACLS,
ENPC (or PALS), NIHSS, and TNCC required within 6 months of hire or
transfer Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs
force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to
