As a Permanent Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring quality outcomes for patients. This is a permanent position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.Responsibilities:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, medical histories, and symptoms
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
• Educating patients and families on health management and disease prevention
• Documenting patient care and progress in electronic medical records
• Responding to emergency situations and providing appropriate interventions
• Adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Participating in performance improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunitiesQualifications:
  • Active BLS certification
  • Colorado Nurse or Compact license
  • Active RN License in CO
  • Nursing Degree, BSN preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med Surg or related field
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
