skilled and motivated management consultant to be based in Fort
Collins, Colorado. You will join our growing presence in the
greater Colorado area, helping build Trusted Advisor relationships

America, Canada, and the UK. Key Responsibilities: As a Utility
Management Specialist, you will deliver high-impact solutions
across five core service areas: Organizational Health & Resilience,
Economic & Financial Services, Asset Management, Technology &
Business Intelligence, Public Outreach & Communication Designing
and implementing utility management and asset management plans
throughout their lifecycle. Assisting with field assessments of
infrastructure. Building and maintaining management tools such as
structured databases, interactive business intelligence platforms,
and data visualization dashboards. Preparing polished client
proposals and presentations. Contributing to pursuit development,
project scoping, and in time leading pursuits as a Pursuit Manager.
Serving as Project Manager for UMS engagements. Leading client
interactions and coordinating with engineering, planning, and
science teams. Supervising and mentoring junior UMS staff, while
supporting quality assurance of deliverables. Diagnosing client
needs and developing strategic, customized solutions. Required
Qualifications: 7-12 years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, finance, business,
data science, or a related field required. Master’s degree / MBA
preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experienced with
database management tools such as Excel, Access, and SQL. Hands-on
experience with business intelligence and data tools (e.g., Power
BI, Power Apps, etc.). Exceptional verbal, written, and
presentation skills. Strong analytical thinking, attention to
detail, and problem-solving ability. Collaborative team player who
is also self-motivated and capable of working independently. Sound
