Overview
As a Specialist on the Liquidity Management (LM) team, you will
provide subject matter expertise, to functional colleagues and
internal stakeholders, on specific functional subject
areas/regulations (e.g., liquidity metrics, liquidity remediation,
and liquidity methodologies; stress scenario analysis;
interpretation and management on multiple internal liquidity
metrics, US and Europe regulatory guidance) for the effective
management of Consolidated US Operations (CUSO) liquidity
positions, in line with the Bank's policies and regulatory
requirements. You will take ownership of monitoring and managing
the internal liquidity stress testing (ILST) along with
interpretations of regulatory requirements (US Liquidity Coverage
Ratio (LCR) and US Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR)) and guide the
team in developing responses to regulatory related examinations;
You will be responsible for developing best practice approaches and
building subject matter capability within the Function, in response
to the changing regulatory landscape and manage relationships with
relevant stakeholders and collaborate with colleagues within/across
functions to support the execution of the Business strategy and
achievement of the Bank/Division objectives. You will lead the
liquidity steering team to properly define required liquidity
buffer and efficiently manage daily liquidity surplus and HQLA
level, as well as collaborate with Global Liquidity team and other
Treasury functions to support on different objectives and
understand the methodology deviation between Group and local. You
will oversee the real-time intraday liquidity for all US entities,
communicate with Business and Operations to understand intraday
high utilization root cause and lead ad hoc projects to enhance on
intraday liquidity with internal teams and external vendors, in
addition to managing the relationship with 2nd line of defense,
audit, and Treasury technology team to lead technology
implementation of liquidity models and monitoring tools.

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role
will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's
hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $100,000 to
$142,250. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors
including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience,
education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary
ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of
remuneration.
