This role requires a strategic leader with hands-on expertise in system infrastructure, POS systems, project management, and IT security. The ideal candidate will be adept at working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams to ensure seamless technology integration across all locations.Key Responsibilities as Director of IT:

• IT Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a scalable IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee IT network, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and data integrity.
• POS Systems: Manage and optimize point-of-sale systems, ensuring reliability, uptime, and integration with business operations.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate, select, and manage IT vendors and service providers.
• Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
• Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Ensure a robust IT support system for business continuity and minimal downtime.
• Collaboration: Work closely with operations and leadership teams to improve technology adoption and efficiency across all locations.For you to be successful, we're looking for:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, infrastructure management, or system administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in a management IT role.
  • Experience with POS systems, cloud-based solutions, and network infrastructure.
  • Strong background in IT project management, system integrations, and vendor negotiations.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and IT compliance standards.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
