Public Safety Answering Point operations and the entire 911
emergency response continuum through data-driven solutions.
Intrado's continued focus is on innovations that leverage vast
amounts of data from multiple sources - including mobile phones,
IoT devices, smart speakers, artificial intelligence, geographic
information systems and more. Integrating this data allows call
takers, dispatchers, and first responders to make more informed
decisions, respond quickly and safely, and ultimately serve their
communities better.
Intrado is looking to hire a--Director of Financial Planning &
Analysis--to join our team. Working closely with the VP FP&A,
the Director serves as a key partner to organizational business
leaders by providing timely and accurate information and analysis
to create business insight and support decision-making; preparing
monthly forecast updates; assessing and communicating financial
results; developing business cases to support capital allocation;
and leading the annual planning process.
Essential Duties:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and analysis
for the company and assigned departments
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports that include
interpretation and analysis of results and review with department
leaders
- Create presentations for executive leadership, Board of
Directors, investors, and other stakeholders
- Support executive management within assigned division to
increase operational effectiveness, optimize expenses and meet
budget objectives
- Coordinate and assist in the management of a comprehensive
monthly, quarterly, and annual capital budgeting, forecasting, and
reporting process
- Develop and maintain reports and key business metrics to
provide insight and help the business meet its objectives
- Develop and maintain driver-based projection models, supported
by industry data and benchmarking analysis
- Develop business cases, incorporating data-driven analysis to
support decision-making
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic
plans of assigned teams and projects in order to enable the company
to meet its goals
- Participate in activities associated with financial and
internal control compliance/audit activities
- Coordinate with Accounting to support timely and accurate close
process
- Lead the activities of assigned staff by ensuring department
functions are efficiently performed in a quality-oriented
environment reflecting the Intrado values, providing support and
assistance as necessaryEducation:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- Master's degree in business administration or Finance strongly
preferred
- CPA or CFA designation a plusExperience:
- 10+ years financial analysis or relevant finance
experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience required
- Experience in public and/or PE-owned companies in a highly
visible role
- Knowledge of or experience with the Public Safety and/or
Telecom sectors a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including
preparing presentations for investors, Boards of Directors, and
other external audiences
- Positive, collaborative leader with proven experience
effectively partnering with and influencing stakeholders at all
levels and across multiple functions of the business
- Demonstrated expertise thinking strategically and innovatively,
leveraging analytics to develop business insights
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and issues and
following through to resolve or capitalize on them
- Quality- and results-oriented with a continuous improvement
mindset
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Prior experience with databases such as Access preferred
- Experience in a multilocation environment preferredBenefits &

The starting salary for this position is between $160,000 and
$175,000 a year and will be commensurate with experience. This
position is also eligible for an annual bonus.ABOUT US Intrado's
