The ideal candidate will:

• have a proven track record of developing and leading high performance sales teams, Ford or other domestic experience a plus.
• Desire to provide a high level of customer service and CSI scores that prove it.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
• Must be goal-driven and have a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Stable employment history.
• Must have a valid driver's license and no more than two moving violations within the past three years.
