We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales manager to join our team in the fast-growing dietary supplements and CBD products industry.
The Sales Director will initiate, oversee and manage our sales operations, including developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, achieving sales targets, and managing e-commerce sales.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, a deep understanding of the dietary supplements and CBD industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience managing e-commerce sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in both online and offline channels
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the acquisition of new accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales performance
  • Manage e-commerce sales channels, including overseeing the development and maintenance of the e-commerce platform, optimizing user experience, and ensuring timely fulfilment of orders
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale of CBD productsQualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
    • Min 5+ years of experience in sales management in the dietary supplements and CBD industry is a must
    • Very good sales experience with well-known retail and e-commerce brands in the USA.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Good knowledge of the CBD industry and related regulations
    • Experience managing e-commerce sales channels and platforms
    • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
    • Self-motivated and results-driven

      Compensation & Benefits
      • The salary band for this position ranges from $80,000 - $120,000 and is commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
      • This position will be eligible for a competitive year-end performance bonus & equity package.
