SUMMARY:

Asa Talent Acquisition Manager you will be an integral member of the TA team under our Human Resources function; leading an experienced team focused on attracting and recruiting candidates from across North America to our AGC sites, while providing an excellent recruiting experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Your key focuses in this roles will be managing performance of the US Talent Acquisition team, ensure hiring practices, metrics and execution are met, and helping to establish a best in-class Talent Acquisition strategy for the US operation.

You will report to Sr. Director, Global Talent Acquisition, though we will ensure collaborative onboarding from the full HR team, while you build your connection to the US Talent Acquisition team.

Please note, this is not a remote role. The position is full-time employment based in either Longmont, Colorado or Bothell, Washington , hence you must have residence and work-permit for US.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Build and manage the US Talent Acquisition team with members across the US and Copenhagen, Denmark
  • Execute and assist the team in building recruiting strategies for critical roles
  • Work alongside the TA team to execute recruitment requirements
  • Support and implement efficient and cost-effective recruitment and selection programs that are in line with global strategy and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and efficient recruitment process (sourcing, selection, hiring)
  • Establish and maintain KPI and staffing metrics to report to site and global Leadership Teams
  • Provide services covering specific areas of recruitment, including organizational resourcing needs analysis, recruitment market trends analysis, resolve and analysis recruitment issues, candidate selection and/or other recruitment services
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisitions Projects at US sites

    Your responsibilities involve strong stakeholder management and collaboration with leadership team, Human Resources Business Partners, and Generalist in the development of talent pipelines, preparing for future needs, measuring results and driving continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition function.

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Drive recruiting strategies and processes to secure quality hires in a timely manner
    • Develop relationships and partnerships with hiring managers and teams to ensure consistency and high quality
    • Develop and implement search strategy, ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against set criteria
    • Create and manage a professional pipeline network of highly qualified candidates
    • Drive the recruiting process by ensuring timely debriefs with hiring teams, make appropriate offer, recommendations and execute on a closing approach
    • Provide recruiting activities reports and KPIs
    • Development, planning and execution partner in talent acquisition strategies and plans

      KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
      • Skilled in supervising, leading and/or coaching direct or indirect reports
      • Recruiting professional, who is self-motivated and driven to succeed with minimal supervision. Demonstrated experience managing candidates, developing a sourcing strategy to attract high quality candidates, able to assess candidate qualifications, cultivating and closing opportunities successfully
      • Experience creating and fully executing projects
      • Results-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who thrives in anindependent and visible position in a fast and dynamic working environment
      • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social recruiting platforms, job boards, candidate mining, target company cold calling and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates
      • Recruiting experience in life-sciences, bio-tech, bio-manufacturing, CDMO, cGMP is preferred

        EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
        • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
        • Minimum of 6+ years' experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in-house recruiting environments; staffing agency experience in addition to in-house experience is a plus.
        • Experience directly or indirectly leading a team (recruiters, sourcers, coordinator, etc.)
        • AIRS/AIHR/SHRM certifications a plus

          You should be ready to work in a customer-focused setting, where we work together as one team to support the organization. We work in a fast-pace, changing environment, so the ability to change and be proactive is necessary.

          COMPENSATION RANGE:

          $112,583.00 - $135,100.00

          Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

          Benefits available to Team Members include subsidized insurance for the Team Member and designated dependents (medical, vision, dental, life and disability), eligibility to participate in the AGC Biologics 401(k) plan (including a generous matching contribution from the company and immediate vesting), vacation, sick time, and parental leave.

          Team Members are also eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus commensurate to the level of the role. The payout is based on both the company's performance and the Team Member's performance.
