Job Description:

Ridgeview Classical Schools is seeking qualified, experienced substitute teachers to join its substitute pool for the 2025-2026 academic year. When applying, candidates should indicate their preferred grades and any subjects of expertise. Ridgeview cannot guarantee availability of preferred assignments, but desires to match experienced candidates with preferred assignments whenever possible. All substitutes will initially be classified as "Tier 2", but may be ranked and compensated higher according to their ability to provide high-quality continuity of instruction in the classroom, pending approval by the Academic Dean. Tier 2 Minimum Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, adheres to all Ridgeview policies and procedures. Compensation - $75/half day (up to four hours), $150/full day (4 hours). Tier 1 Minimum Qualifications: bachelor's degree, adheres to Ridgeview policies and procedures, approved by the Academic Dean. Compensation - $100/half day (up to four hours), $200/full day (4 hours).
