As a Maintenance Manager, you will transform workplace environments
by leading maintenance operations across your site and developing
the next generation of maintenance leaders. In this critical role,
you'll oversee Area Maintenance Managers and their teams, develop
strategic maintenance programs, and drive operational excellence
across multiple functional areas. You will blend strategic
planning, financial management, and leadership development while
navigating between managing preventative maintenance programs,
coordinating with operations teams, and responding to emergencies
that require quick, decisive action. You'll balance proactive
planning with real-time problem resolution while fostering a
culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. What Do

responsibilities • You will provide leadership and mentorship to
Area Maintenance Managers and their teams of service technicians
and automation engineers, fostering professional growth and
performance • You will develop and maintain comprehensive
preventative maintenance programs, manage department budgets, and
drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site • You will
ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and procedures across
all operational sites while partnering with site Safety leadership
to implement and audit safety programs • You will manage capital
spending plans, facilitate cross-functional project planning,
perform cost analysis, and coordinate external contractors while
maintaining high-quality service standards • You will travel
domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives and
provide guidance across multiple sites - 7 years of employee and
performance management experience - 5 years of distribution or
manufacturing field with equivalent mechanical or electrical field
experience - 7 years of facilities management, office management,
corporate administrative services, or hospitality management
experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including
weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Experience in design review
process to incorporate electrical, mechanical, automation controls
solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards - Experience
in automated conveyors systems and controls, electrical and
electronic principles, blueprint and electrical schematic reading,
CMMS programs, preventive maintenance procedures, industrial
electrical, industrial controls , industrial electronics Amazon is

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
