In this role, you will contribute to our mission through driving
key projects and develop key processes to enable efficient
execution. As a Senior Project Manager working on the Global PMO
team, you will be empowered through meaningful work and career
development to drive execution and help us successfully execute
commercial, infrastructure, and operations projects, and a typical
day will include- managing project milestones and deliverables,
coordinating cross-functional activities, guiding teams through
project execution, supporting the Commercial organization on
high-impact initiatives, preparing updates for senior leadership,
and driving initiatives that support Cerapedics’ continued
expansion. POSITION OBJECTIVES: Organize and lead distributed,
cross functional teams to meet successful completion of project and
Cerapedics business objectives. Lead projects of varying size and
complexity and tailor the project management tools according to the
scope of the project. Support a variety of projects focused on
manufacturing expansion and operations initiatives. Specific
Functions and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project plans,
schedules, budget, and resource tracking for assigned projects.
Ensure timely and effective stakeholder communication on progress
and potential issues. Develop project risk management plans and
ensure key risks are mitigated and additional resources identified
to ensure successful project execution. Ensure alignment between
core teams and stakeholders. Drive key commercial projects and
support key commercial leadership meetings/initiatives. Helping
deploy project management tools and templates to ensure consistent
execution. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable company
policies and procedures. Utilize and help optimize appropriate
tools for tracking project/deliverable status and ensuring
accountability. Work with core team to maintain and develop Design
and Project History Files. Compensation details: 120000-130000
