Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, and related equipment Clearly explain solutions and recommend upgrades to improve comfort and efficiency Deliver legendary customer service on every visit Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of skilled technicians What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience EPA certification (required) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset Sales or upselling experience is a plus Join one of Colorado’s fastest-growing home service companies and experience what it’s like to work with a team that values and supports you.
