Job Description Job Description Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician (DIRECT PLACEMENT) Location: Longmont, CO Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM in a 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on) Training: Approximately 60 days on 1st shift Pay:$39.18/hour $3.00 shift differential ($42.18/hour) Experience Level :Expert About the Role Join a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, conveyor systems, and packaging machinery. Maintain accurate logs and records to comply with OSHA and EPA requirements. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components. Execute equipment changeovers, sanitation activities, and lubrication tasks. Utilize schematics, prints, and manuals for maintenance and repair procedures. Ensure compliance with GMP standards and food safety regulations. Qualifications Must have reliable transportation Must have high school diploma or GED (it must be verifiable) Minimum 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (or 2 years in food manufacturing). Ability to read and follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety policies. Previous GMP experience in food manufacturing preferred, but not required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $87360.00 - $87360.00/yr. comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans like a 401(k) with a company match and a pension plan, and paid time off for vacation, sick days, and holidays.
