Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Schedule & Pay: 2-2-3 night shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM), $42.18/hr (including shift differential) Employment Type: Permanent Direct Placement Overview: Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work from blueprints and technical documents. Responsibilities: Perform equipment changeovers, sanitation, and preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and packaging systems. Maintain accurate logs for regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA). Support GMP and food safety requirements. Qualifications: 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing (or 2 years in food manufacturing). Ability to read and follow blueprints, SOPs, and GMP standards.
