Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Type: Direct/Permanent Target Pay:
$107,000-133,800 7% bonus (flexible for advanced experience) Start
date: Immediate We’re looking for a hands-on Electro-Mechanical
Engineer with strong design for manufacturability and process
transfer experience to support complex medical device programs from
early development through pilot builds and into full-scale
production. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional
teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality to ensure
product designs are translated into efficient and scalable
manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate has experience leading
DFM reviews, supporting pilot builds, and working with
electro-mechanical hand-assembled components. We're seeking someone
who can advocate for manufacturing requirements, drive progress
across teams, and communicate confidently. If you’re a

love to connect. Responsibilities: Lead and take ownership of
cross-functional projects focused on equipment and process
development, ensuring timely execution and measurable results
Provide technical direction and hands-on leadership across teams to
drive best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement
initiatives Act as a subject matter expert in high-level assembly
(HLA) and system integration, ensuring alignment between design
intent and manufacturing capabilities Apply a deep understanding of
manufacturing and test equipment technologies to improve product
quality, reduce variability, and increase efficiency Lead and
execute process improvement and root cause analysis initiatives,
delivering sustainable solutions to complex technical challenges
Develop and refine manufacturing processes including production
flow, assembly methods, and tooling, partnering closely with
production teams Support the manufacturing launch of new or revised
products by establishing clear goals, training production staff,
and evaluating performance Represent operations as the primary
technical liaison on electromechanical device projects,
collaborating with senior stakeholders across functions Ensure
smooth design transfer from R&D to manufacturing by proactively
identifying manufacturability challenges and implementing scalable
solutions Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory
requirements (e.g., FDA) and ensure all solutions meet applicable
standards Requirements: Minimum 4 years experience in a design for
manufacturability role, working with production teams for pilot
builds to support design verification, transfer manufacturing
processes from R&D to factory associates and engineering teams
for medical devices 2 years of experience with design transfer from
R&D to manufacturing 2 years of related working experience in
HLA/System integration. Knowledge and ability to implement FDA or
regulatory requirements as necessary. Bachelor’s degree or
equivalent of education within engineering The company provides
