Youll have opportunities to interact with our residents, team members, and vendors every day. No two days will be the same! Your experience and knowledge will help prepare vacant apartments for our next resident, which will include general repairs and sometimes minor painting. You will work to respond to and resolve work orders. You will handle snow removal for these communities when it's needed, following our guidelines.Youll work full-time, Monday through Friday. Your start and end times will be determined based on your needs and the needs of the communities you support. You will take turns responding to on-call emergencies with your co-workers.
