Title: US - HVAC Engineer
Location: 7051 Eagle Boulevard Longmont CO 80504 United States (100% onsite)
Duration: 12+ months contract
Pay Range $23 to $27/hr.

We are looking for a "HVAC Engineer" to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary:
The HVAC Engineer will leverage advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. Working with limited supervision, the role involves monitoring building system operations and performance, utilizing various trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling. The engineer must ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency directives, and company safety protocols. Inspection of building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing is essential to guarantee equipment operates within design capabilities and meets environmental conditions. Oversight of outside contractors' work, including landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning, is also part of the job. Additionally, the engineer will be responsible for completing maintenance and repair records, estimating time and materials for repairs, ordering necessary supplies, and maintaining an energy management program to optimize operational efficiency. Quick response to emergency situations is crucial, with the ability to provide informal technical guidance and training to coworkers if needed.

Requirements:

• Commercial and industrial HVAC: 5 years' experience
• Universal CFC certification
• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five years of related experience and/or trade school training
• Additional certification in one or more of the following: electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or engine repair
  Preferred Skills:
  • 2 years of experience in manufacturing facilities or data centers
  • GDP experience
  • Universal EPA license
  • Certifications/licenses as required by local or state jurisdictions.
    Skills:
    • Ability to comprehend, interpret instructions, and ask clarifying questions.
    • Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence
    • Effective communication with clients, coworkers, and supervisors
    • Basic financial knowledge
    • Intermediate analytical skills
    • Proficiency in computer usage, including work order systems, email, ESS, and Microsoft Office Outlook
      Interview process :
      1st Round: pre-screen over the phone
      2nd Round: 2 other people for 45 minutes each
