$1,500 sign on bonus- given after a successful 90 days.

Trident Fire & Security is seeking an advanced Fire Alarm Service Technician who wants to be part of a growing company where they can advance their knowledge while providing top tier customer service to a base of 2,800 customers and growing.

Trident is a family-owned and operated company that is making strides in the industry. The main service area for Trident is Longmont, but you will also be servicing customers in Denver and throughout Northern Colorado.

Specific Responsibilities:

Service of Fire Alarm Systems to include mostly Fire Lite, Silent Knight and AES Radios.
Experience in troubleshooting on elevators, sprinkler systems, and extinguishers.

The Ideal Candidate will have/be:

Must have NICET I certification and a verifiable solid work history. Must be willing to get NICET within 6 months.
Must be willing to get Denver License within 6 months.
Prefer Fire-lite and Silent Knight certification.
Must have and maintain a driver's license and clean driving record.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Must be able to follow procedures.
Detail-oriented and results-driven.
Must have excellent communication skills to include text and email.
Ability to interact appropriately with the customers.
Provide your own basic tools.
