OVERVIEW

Caribou Thunder is seeking an Integration & Verification Engineer III to work as part of a technical team of software and integration engineers who successfully design, code, integrate, test and deploy complex systems to the customer.

    Bachelor's Degree plus 9 years of experience -

    OR Master's plus 7 years of experience -
    
    
    
    DEVOPS RESPONSIBILITIES
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Test planning, writing test objectives and scenarios, test procedures, performing integration, verification, and validation activities.
      
      
    • 
      Contributions to detailed design, coding new content and bug fixes, contributing to unit testing, automating unit testing where possible, and contributing to integration testing as needed.
      
      
    • 
      Software integration projects will vary from satellite command and control software to satellite payload sensor management software, to mission specific software, to ground hardware & network control software.
      
      
    • 
      Conduct cyber risk assessment activities including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis and analysis of mitigation solutions.
      
      
    • 
      Coordinates and addresses risk management concerns.
      
      
    • 
      Develop, evaluate and analyze design constrains, trade-offs and detailed system and security design as they pertain to the Cyber domain.
      
      
    • 
      Coordinate with Cyber and system architects and developers to provide oversight in the development of solutions.
      
      
    • 
      Conduct cybersecurity test and evaluation of hardware and/or software designs to verify and validate compliance with defined specifications and requirements.
      
      
    • 
      Contribute to the I&V Life Cycle
      
      
    • 
      Writing/delivering on software requirements for complex systems
      
      
    • 
      Generate code for and execute automated testing
      
      
      
      QUALIFICATIONS
      
      • 
        
      • 
        Selenium and Sikuli
        
        
      • 
        DOORs and/or CAMEO
        
        
      • 
        C++, a basic understanding of Boost and Qt.
        
        
      • 
        Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)
        
        
      • 
        Automated unit testing
        
        
      • 
        CI/CD tools like Jenkins, or working in a DevOps environment
        
        
      • 
        Linux
        
        
      • 
        Experience as an operator
        
        
      • 
        OPIR program experience/exposure
        
        
      • 
        Scripting skills - DXL etc.
