Compensation & Benefits That Stand Out $70,000 – $72,000 annual salary (DOE) Blue Cross medical insurance starting around $45/month FREE dental and life insurance vision & voluntary benefits 401(k) with 3% company match Generous PTO, paid holidays, and sabbatical program Tuition reimbursement & professional training opportunities $500–$1,000 employee referral bonuses 20% rent discount at Monarch communities (terms apply) Free skiing at Monarch Mountain Exclusive employee discounts (Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot, and more) What You’ll Do at Monarch Design and develop role-specific learning content for leasing, property management, maintenance, and corporate teams Create engaging digital training including eLearning modules, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessments Translate complex operational processes and policies into clear, learner-friendly content Partner with subject matter experts across Monarch Investment & Management Group to ensure accuracy and relevance Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles Continuously improve content based on feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs Support LMS uploads, testing, and reporting Facilitate live and virtual training sessions as needed Ensure all content aligns with Monarch standards, brand voice, and compliance requirements (including Fair Housing) What You Bring 3 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or similar role Proven experience creating digital learning content (eLearning, video, job aids) Proficiency with tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Canva, Camtasia , or similar Experience working within an LMS platform Yardi experience strongly preferred Background in multifamily, property management, hospitality, retail, or operations-driven environments preferred Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor content to different audiences Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, throughout our nationwide portfolio Why Build Your Career at Monarch?
