Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This opportunity calls for a dedicated Special
Education Teacher to support K-12 students in a dynamic learning
environment located in Denver, Colorado. You will work within a
four-day school week, Tuesday through Friday, from 7:15 a.m. to
4:00 p.m., providing specialized instruction and support tailored
to students with diverse learning needs. This contract position is
ideal for educators passionate about making a meaningful impact
throughout the school year. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver
individualized and group instruction aligned with students IEP
goals across K-12 grade levels. - Collaborate closely with
paraeducators and support staff provided by the district to
implement effective strategies. - Maintain detailed records of
student progress and communicate regularly with parents and school
personnel. - Participate in team meetings, assessments, and
professional development opportunities. - Ensure compliance with
Colorado state special education regulations and district policies.
Desired Qualifications: - Valid Colorado Special Education teaching
license. - Experience working with a diverse caseload of K-12
students. - Strong classroom management and communication skills. -
Ability to collaborate with support staff and multidisciplinary
teams. - Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive
educational environment. Position Details: - Location: Denver, CO -
Schedule: 4-day workweek (TuesdayFriday), 7:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. -
Contract Duration: Current school year - Supervision: Paraeducators
and other support personnel provided by the district - Onsite
