Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. A specialized opportunity is available for an
experienced Special Education Teacher to support early childhood
special education (ECSE) students in an elementary school setting
in Boulder, CO. This full-time, onsite contract role runs from
January 5 to April 24, 2026, focusing on AM and PM preschool
classrooms with small, diverse groups of students. Responsibilities
include: Developing and implementing lesson plans tailored to the
individual needs of approximately 18 preschool students per session
Managing and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
for 9 to 11 students receiving ECSE services Collaborating with
school staff to ensure compliance with Colorado IEP requirements
Providing instruction and support in a bilingual environment,
utilizing both Spanish and English proficiency Maintaining accurate
records and case management documentation for each student Desired
Qualifications: Current Colorado Early Childhood Special Education
(ECSE) license Minimum of 2 years of classroom experience in
special education settings Proficiency in Spanish and English to
support bilingual student needs Familiarity with Colorado IEP forms
and special education protocols Strong organizational and
communication skills for effective case management Location:
Boulder, Colorado onsite at an elementary school with a focus on
early childhood special education. This role offers a dynamic
environment to work closely with young learners, providing
essential educational support and making a measurable impact on

school setting. Compensation for this position ranges from $30.82
