Job Description Job Description Summary TDA is looking for a Senior Copywriter with 5 years of experience and a genuine love of advertising. You’re a strategic thinker and collaborative creative who partners seamlessly with art directors and cross-functional teams to develop smart, compelling, and original campaigns. Your portfolio demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, sharp headlines, polished copy, and the ability to bring integrated ideas to life across a variety of mediums. Responsibilities Ability to collaborate as well as work independently to develop and craft powerful creative concepts and executions of assigned projects across a variety of mediums, including print, social, digital, outdoor, TV, radio Communicate effectively with all agency departments Clearly articulate creative concepts internally and to clients, as needed Flexibility and willingness to adapt your ideas to fit client needs and strategy Work closely with account and production teams to ensure concepts are within scope and budget Review proofs, rough cuts, etc. for accuracy before final production Work with AD to bring innovative concepts and messaging to life Review and provide feedback on creative briefs and timelines Responsible for full campaign development from original concept to final production working with ACD/CD to produce effective campaigns Stay current with trends across various media and marketing channels to create fresh innovative concepts Track and maintain accurate daily timesheets Qualifications Minimum 5 years advertising agency experience as a Copywriter, this is a MUST Portfolio that demonstrates your creative skills and passion for storytelling Writing experience across several forms of media Desire to create fun, smart, compelling, meaningful work Excellent communication skills Ability to work well under tight deadlines Strong team player Well-versed in print, social, digital, outdoor, TV, radio Self-motivated, flexible, and the ability to adapt Meticulous about your craft including grammar, proofreading, basic English writing mechanics TDA Benefits Half-day Fridays 100% coverage of health, vision and dental plans access to Flexible Spending Accounts Plan EAP 401(k) with employer matching Flexible PTO Work anniversary recognition Annual fitness reimbursement Pet friendly office 14er charity donations Salary range: $85,000-$100,000 based on experience This is a full-time position in our Boulder, CO office. Our office is currently operating in a hybrid capacity with one in-office day per week.
