Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Provide clients with comprehensive information about financial products and services. Assist clients in navigating and utilizing online service platforms and tools. Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters when necessary. Coordinate with other teams to streamline service and support processes. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest financial products and service innovations. Document all client interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Strong understanding of financial services and products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and related technology. Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently. High emotional intelligence to empathize with and understand client needs.
