Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated
Call Center Specialist to join our team on a contract-to-permanent
basis in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will provide
exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and assist with
resolving issues in a detail-oriented and efficient manner. This is

Responsibilities: · Receive and respond accurately and
professionally to customer inquiries/concerns received via
telephone. · Respond to all customer’s inquiries utilizing all
available resources and knowledge, researching and exploring
answers · Properly relay information to staff concerning calls and
inquiries · Identify and escalate unresolved inquiries to
appropriate departments · Accurately and thoroughly record all
interactions in the company system of record · Defuse and
de-escalate customer's issues to ensure great customer experience ·
Verify and update customer information · Identify and escalate
priority issues · Perform data entry into the company business
system · Proactively address client and vendor issues and concerns
· Efficiently utilize the company records program · Provide
excellent customer service to co-workers, clients and vendors ·
Perform other duties as assigned · Knowledge of call center
operations and phone etiquette · Education equivalent to a two-year
degree from a regionally accredited institution in Public
Administration · Related work in customer service and/or call
center environments. · Must be able to communicate effectively both
orally and in writing · Possess strong typing and computer skills
with knowledge of Microsoft Office products · Possess strong
organizational skills required to prioritize tasks and demands and
consistently to deliver work product on time. · Detail oriented ·
Self-motivated, self-directed, and flexible · Maintain
confidentiality of work-related information · Exercise good
judgement · Multilingual abilities are a plus
