A highly established local Mechanical Contractor is looking to fill an Residential HVAC Lead Installer position. Competitive Pay Excellent Benefits Tool allowence Work life balance Great company culture Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of Residential field experience CFC, EPA and NATE certified preferred Valid driver’s license Ability to adapt, be flexible and thrive in a fast paced environment Efficiency in working with sheet metal and duct-work Vocational school degree or equivalent experience Responsibilities: Complete quality HVAC installation jobs on or below budgeted labor hours Educate clients on equipment or systems operation, available programs and ensure complete client satisfaction Maintain cleanliness on all jobsites, company vehicles and any assigned areas Maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable by company insurance carrier Process and complete all paperwork on a daily basis Obtain CFC, EPA, NATE and safety certifications DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
