You love to optimize advertising on digital channels to find the right customer segments. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, implement and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Social Media Advertising, Display Advertising and new channels as they launchManage a portion of the advertising budget related to paid media campaignsConduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy Create ad copy and design creatives leveraging best practices to drive performanceBuild out creative briefs for paid media campaignsOptimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and performance metrics Monitor and analyze campaign results and provide reports on the effectiveness of campaignsCreate testing strategy on ad campaigns, implement winning variations and share results with collaborators regularlyCollaborate with the marketing team to align paid media campaigns with overall marketing strategy Stay up to date with changes in paid media channels and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve Collaborate with Marketing team on special projects such as generating copy for ads, helping with creative shoots, and supporting other marketing initiatives REQUIREMENTS2+ years of experience in paid media campaign management across Google Ads, Social Media Advertising, and Programmatic Display Advertising Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms - Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools Experience with A/B testing, data-driven decision making, and iterative design processes is essentialA keen eye for design and the ability to think outside the box to develop engaging, high-converting ad creativesExcellent attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with lead generation and eCommerce campaigns is a plus.
