The Advertising Strategist is a marketing Jedi that is able to build out campaigns that align with our growth strategies and track performance back to business results. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to the creation of our digital advertising strategy, ensuring cohesion between our paid promotions and other marketing collateral Provide a data driven approach to analyzing the success of advertising campaigns and testing of new platforms as directed Conduct & support recurring reporting to track, monitor & analyze KPIs across ecommerce and digital marketing channels (Paid Search & Social Ads) Manage and adjust Advertising budgets daily and monthly across all advertising channels and track campaign budgets in relation to overall advertising budget Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments Keep advertising aligned with other marketing campaigns by collaboration between roles on the team Execute keyword research, tracking and enhancement to further promote the brand and generate leads Provide support for ad-hoc data & research requests, as needed Collaborate with Marketing team on special projects such as generating copy for ads, helping with creative shoots, and supporting other marketing initiatives Support market research for pricing analysis and implement pricing strategies across all product categories Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics Promote brand advocacy and support active curation of the brand guidelines Submit creative brief requests to Creative Coordinator that relate to advertising campaigns EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING Bachelor---s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Natural Sciences, Psychology or a related discipline 3-5 years experience in data analysis and digital marketing for business (preferred) Excellent in math and statistics Outstanding writing and communication skills Experience with Google Ad Words, Facebook Business Manager and other paid advertising channels Google Analytics experience a plus KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY Able to manipulate data in Spreadsheets Google Analytics reporting, analysis and data analytics tools Experience tracking URLs and advertising campaigns back to conversions Superb personal time management skills, highly organized, have the ability to multitask, prioritize workload and meet deliverables A desire to learn and grow skills related to the job A desire to learn basic aspects of business finance in order to contribute to the budgeting process Able to have fun and collaborate with others Keen attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adjust to changing priorities SCHEDULE & HOURS Full time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday (typically 8 hours/day) This position will be a remote/virtual position with occasional in person meetings and events BENEFITS & PERKS Core Benefits : Health, dental, vision offered at reduced rates.
