Job Description:

One Dr Holistic/Integrative Veterinary Clinic seeking a Receptionist/Animal Assistant for our busy practice. This is a high volume phone position. The duties are answering a high volume of phone calls, setting up appointments using Google Calendar, checking clients in and out taking payments using Quickbooks, helping the Veterinarian and Vet Tech for blood draws on cats and dogs and assisting the Veterinarian by holding birds for beak and Nail trims, filling prescriptions and herbal supplements. Will train the right candidate. We are a small family practice so we are seeking a friendly team player. Employment Type: Part Time Salary: $18 - $21 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
