Right at Home Boulder is seeking Full-time Home Care
Administrative Assistant with a heart for seniors in our community.
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm in our Boulder office. On-call rotation for
emergencies. Right at Home delivers care to seniors wanting to age
successfully wherever they call home. The Boulder office is 1 of
500 franchises throughout the country serving tens of thousands
throughout the United States and internationally with a mission to
put the safety and well-being of our clients at the forefront of
our service delivery. Our staff is the heart of the mission!Our
agency experiencing increasing demand and the need for a Home Care
Services Administrative Assistant, working under the direction of
the owner/administrator is responsible for a wide variety of
projects and administrative tasks. She/he will be responsible for
record keeping, data entry, client and caregiver communications,
certification expirations, inventory & purchasing, maintaining
administrative scheduling tasks, assist with aspects of the
orientation of new employees, event planning & hosting, billing VA
& long-term care insurance, assist with payroll, billing and AR/AP.
Supporting the functions of the owner/administrator to maintain the
Quality Assurance program.Who you are? An organizational wizard

for creating methods designed to ease the challenges a 24/7

needs little direction, but instead recognizes their role in making
the agency run smoothly. Your Responsibilities:Provide direct
support to the home care owner/administrator through organizational
tasks and manage administrative projects.
Support for planning and executing events, collaterals, marketing
materials and work with vendors.
Manage administrative policies and procedures and update as
needed.
Prepare and assist to manage home care management database and
ancillary business technology.
Maintain proper data collection for clients, families, referral
partners, caregiving staff and produce email, routine newsletter,
and other communications.
Coordinate milestones for employee and clients (birthdays, work
anniversaries) as well as provide condolence outreach when
appropriate.
Update pertinent agency documentation for survey, insurance, and
other business functions.
Answering phones, directing calls, scheduling meetings and
appointment as well as supporting and managing the calendar of the
owner/administrator.
Direct emails and correspondence as necessary and follow up where
appropriate.
Follow up with employees to collect documents and communications
where directed.
Other duties as assigned.
Required:Minimum Associates degree in business or healthcare
related field and/or the equivalent knowledge and work
experience.
Organized self-starter with ability to adapt to changes and adjust
workload priorities easily.
Minimum 1 years of increasing administrative experience
Must possess advance computer proficiency including data base
experience, office management programs, and MS Office.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing
environment.
Must have a positive approach to solving complex problems and
excellent common sense decision-making skills.
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Successful completion of the background and reference check
screening.
Must have a vehicle to report to a client/employee in an emergency
and provide transportation for events, weather emergencies.
Desirable Attributes:Prefer prior administrative project management
experience.
Exceptional professionalism and commitment to confidentiality on
behalf of our clients.
Has the ability to manage several franchises needs
simultaneously.
Attention to detail and processes.
Possess excellent customer service skills.
Compensation and BenefitsPay Range: $21 23 per hour
The position is considered full-time Monday-Friday 9a-5pm. (Jason,
