Job Description Vitesse Systems is looking for a Quality Manager
to join the team in Longmont, Colorado! The Quality Manager is the
independent owner of the Mission of QA, which is to verify
compliance of all product and processes, and facilitate

Program /n /n The Role This leader is responsible for measuring and
reporting successful realization of the QA mission to on-site and
platform-level management. Successful leadership of this business
unit involves effective management of People, Processes, and
Performance in QA and across the company. The compliance and
regulatory environment includes AS9100 compliance, Nadcap
compliance, and wide-ranging customer-specific requirements.
Customer-specific requirements include DoD requirements, aerospace
prime manufacturer requirements, and various R&D and commercial
manufacturer requirements. Key Responsibilities /n - Safety and 5S

No Major customer and external audit findings /n /n /n - Delivery

Nonconformance process cycle time below goal /n - Management QMS

Inspection budget vs actual hours below goal /n - QA direct time vs
indirect time below goal /n - QA direct time vs manufacturing
direct time below goal /n - Cost of Poor-Quality reported
company-wide to facilitate department-specific improvements /n /n
/n - Other duties as assigned /n /n Qualifications & Experience /n
- B.S. Degree in an Engineering or related discipline /n - 3-5
years of Quality, Engineering, or related experience including MRB
authority/participation. /n - Knowledge of International Standard
ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems - AS9100 Lead
Auditor certified highly desired /n /n - Experience in Aerospace
Industry /n - Certification by the American Society for Quality
(ASQ) as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Six Sigma
Black Belt (CSSBB), or Certified Quality Manager (CQMgr) preferred
/n - Knowledge of manufacturing and quality practices /n -
Experience with quality improvement tools and techniques (i.e.,
Lean, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, and Failure Mode &
Effects Analysis) /n - Detailed familiarity with ISO 17025 and ANSI
Z540 /n - Detailed familiarity with CMM programming /n - Detailed
familiarity with drawing review with specific GD&T experience
/n - Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance /n - Demonstrated
leadership, project management, facilitation, and problem-solving
skills /n - Excellent communication skills (oral and written) for
liaising and communicating with customers, and internal departments
/n - Standard development and implementation /n - Process
Improvement /n - Ability to multi-task, make decisions, and
maintain accountability /n - Ability to interface directly with
cross-functional teams and to build and maintain lasting
relationships with other departments and key business partners /n -
Ability to motivate, lead, and manage employees /n - Must provide
proof of eligibility to work in the United States. /n - Ability to
pass a drug screen per Vitesse's drug testing policy. /n - Ability
to pass a criminal background check per Vitesse's policy. /n /n
