As the Senior Director of Operations, you will report to the President and be responsible for the overall strategy and leadership of the operations department. - This leader is responsible for the performance management, core processes, and people development of the customer service and manufacturing teams.As a key member of the StickerGiant leadership team, you will - collaborate with marketing, finance, and development to ensure we are meeting the goals of the organization. - -
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -


  • Development of strategic initiatives within customer service and manufacturing that will achieve the growth objectives of the organization
  • Provides leadership for the operational leaders within customer service and manufacturing
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team; influence, collaborate and align with other department leaders in the achievement of StickerGiant's strategic goals -
  • Measure and drive quality policies and quality procedures; communicate or escalate appropriate action regarding product quality
  • Understands and adhere to current health, safety, and environmental policies; drive solutions for safety risks and hazards in manufacturing
  • Develop the annual department budget (machines, people, material, etc.) and ensures budgets and plans are met
  • Drive accountability through the use of tools and other methods to track performance
  • Establish strong and effective working relationships in order to maintain a positive work environment
  • Responsible for the development and management of manufacturing and customer service managers/ supervisors

    REQUIREMENTS -

    • Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically to produce meaningful outcomes


      • Wears multiple hats and embodies a self-starter attitude
      • Strong understanding of operations for an eCommerce business and can implement best practices to ensure an exceptional customer experience
      • Skilled at motivating, growing and developing teams
      • Fluent in OSHA compliance; capable of driving solutions for safety risks and hazards in manufacturing
      • Skilled at communicating across different levels and departments to resolve issues
      • Able to thrive in a hyper growth and ambiguous environment
      • Capable of delivering volume/output targets while adhering to budget
      • Superb organization skills and attention to detail
      • BS/BA required
      • Minimum of 10 years experience in operations leadership with at least 2-3 years of direct manufacturing experience
      • Physical requirements: ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts, able to lift 10 lbs continuously and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs, occasional climbing, stooping, bending, and overhead reaching
